How do I access my INSTACARD®?

After you sign up, we create and email your INSTACARD® to you.

You can access your INSTACARD® LINK by searching your inbox for an email from us, called, “Your INSTACARD® Preview is Ready!”

Check your spam folders and filtered emails, if you don’t see it in your main inbox.

If you cannot locate this email, please send an email request to support@realgrader.com or submit a ticket via this link: https://home.instacard.co/contact/

How do I update my background / social media / bio / basic info?

You can access your INSTACARD® Editing Dashboard by visiting https://dashboard.realgrader.com/MyAccount/ManageAccount

How do I add a Video to my INSTACARD®?

To add a video to your INSTACARD® you can either install a video as your background or you can add a video thumbnail to your “About Me” section.

To add a video to your INSTACARD® background or to your bio in the “About Me” section:

1. Film and upload your video.
2. Upload the video to Youtube or Vimeo.
3. Email the video URL via email to support@realgrader.com
4. Our team will update your INSTACARD® and provide you confirmation within 24-48 hours.

How do I add a review to my INSTACARD® from Realtor, Facebook, LinkedIN, Google Business, or other sites?

To add a review you received on a website other than Zillow, send an email to support@realgrader.com with the following information:

1. Title of Review
2. Rating (number of stars)
3. Date
4. Name of Reviewer
5. Source (website where they left you a review)
6. Review left by the Reviewer

Real Grader Setup and Subscription

I bought the Real Grader Setup package. How can I retrieve the list of my profiles and credentials?
Submit an email ticket requesting https://home.instacard.co/contact/
I completed my RealGrader Setup, and would like to update my social media profiles again. What do I do?

Our team will reach out to you and verify your subscription; once your RealGrader subscription is confirmed active, we will begin working on the edits to your profiles

When will I receive my post preview?
You will receive a preview of your designed posts to approve within 30 days of your Done For You onboarding call.
